Are you in network with my insurance?
We are in network with many insurance companies but recommend you follow up with them to verify your unique plan, check eligibility, co-pays, etc.
Do you do TeleVisits?
Pain care and medication management is complex. At this time, we require all patients to be seen in clinic for appointments.
Do we require a referral for an injection?
Yes. Our doctors can internally refer you for an injection after evaulating your case, or if an external doctor has referred you to us for a procedure, that referral must include specific notes (e.g. type of injection, levels, side) and related medical imaging.
I need medical records sent somewhere. How can I get them transferred?
Please fill out a Release of Information (ROI) form and send it to us by fax, email, mail, or drop it off to one of our clinics. You can also stop by any iSpine clinics location and fill one out at the front desk (please be sure to review clinic hours as a few of our clinics are only open specific days of the week/month).
Trying to connect with a Nurse or Physician Assistant? Please be patient.
On top of a busy schedule, our team is constantly getting calls and listening to voicemails or playing phone tag with patients. It can take up to 24-48 hours to reconnect with a patient.
If you leave a voicemail for our team, please provide as much information as possible to aid in your care, including a specific time in the future they might be able to catch you.
