2013
- Opened iSpine Pain Physicians Maple Grove location March 1st, 2013
- Fall 2013 Opened second clinic in Delano
2014
- Started seeing patients in Chaska
- Opened a clinic in Crystal
- First APP joined the practice!
2015
- Opened screening lab for preliminary lab results
2016
- Expanded services in Coon Rapids
- Expanded injection services to Chaska
2017
- Welcomed Dr. Boeding to the practice in January
2018
- Welcomed Dr. Ward to the practice in February
- Moved to our new Maple Grove clinic location on March 19, 2018
- Expanded services to Shakopee & St. Cloud
2019
- Dr. Faltas joined the practice in November
- Acquired PCOM in December
2020
- MSC in Maple Grove opened full-time in January after receiving AAAHC Accreditation
- PCOM opened in Chaska on June 29, 2020
- Opened Algos Health business office in September
- Expanded services to Edina on December 7, 2020
2021
- Acquired Physicians Diagnostics & Rehabilitation (PDR Clinics) business on May 1, 2021, expanding services to include Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
- iSpine Research and Therapeutics was founded
2022
- Burnsville Pain Care clinic opened in January
- Rebranded Pain Care and Rehab services to iSpine Clinics in April
- Expanded Pain Care services to Maplewood
2023
- Expanded Pain Care services to Waconia in April
- Expanding Rehab space in Maple Grove in the summer
2024
- Drs. Nathan Wick and Mark Thibault joined the practice
- Expanded services to include vascular care; Dr. Mark Ciagne joins iSpine Clinics
- Added 12th APP
