Alexandra (Lexi) Czarnetzki, CNP

Lexi was born and raised in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing degree at Gustavus Adolphus College and later attended The College of Saint Scholastica to obtain her Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a certification in family medicine. She became board-certified and licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota in 2021 and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Lexi has experience as a nurse practitioner in the primary care and pain management settings along with nursing experience in neurology, NICU, pediatrics and urgent care.

Lexi is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality care for individuals living with chronic pain. She understands that every patient’s journey is different and develops tailored treatment plans using a variety of evidence-based pain management strategies. Her goal is to work alongside her patients to improve function, support overall health, and enhance quality of life.

In her free time, Lexi enjoys being outside on the lake in the summers, playing hockey in the winters and spending time with her family and friends.
