Taylor Gilbertson, CNP

Taylor grew up in a northern suburb of the Twin Cities. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at St. Cloud State University and after 6 years of nursing practice, pursued and graduated with a doctorate from Minnesota State University Mankato. She obtained certification as a family nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Taylor’s philosophy of care involves utilizing the best evidence to provide patient and family centered care. She believes strongly in working alongside patients to develop a plan of care that allows them to accomplish their specific, individual goals. She wants to get to know her patients, develop a trusting relationship, and utilize multiple modalities to improve their overall quality of life.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outside – doing activities such as gardening and hunting.
